Endometriosis can make the journey to pregnancy more complex, but there are many factors within our control that can help support fertility — whether you are trying to conceive naturally or preparing for IVF.
Join renowned fertility nutritionist and founder of The Fertility Nutrition Centre Sandra Greenbank, and herbalist and women’s health practitioner Jenya Di Pierro, for an insightful and practical conversation exploring how nutrition, lifestyle, functional medicine and herbal medicine can support fertility in women with endometriosis.
Sandra will share the most important nutrition and lifestyle strategies for optimising fertility, including how to support egg health, hormones, inflammation and the nutritional foundations for a healthy conception and pregnancy.
Jenya will explore endometriosis and fertility through a functional and herbal medicine lens, looking at some of the underlying factors that can affect conception and the most effective natural interventions for managing the condition and creating a healthier environment for pregnancy.
Together, Sandra and Jenya will offer an integrative perspective and practical tools to help women better understand their bodies and feel more informed and empowered on their path to pregnancy.
