Cloud Twelve is literally heaven sent.
This one of a kind wellness and lifestyle club has become my favourite new hangout thanks to the amazing interactive play area on the ground floor, which my 1-year old daughter adores. In addition to a ball pit and other climbing and crawling apparatus there are surrounding glass rooms filled with art supplies, toys, books and games to keep little ones entertained for hours.
Brilliantly staffed with Ofsted-registered assistants, you can leave them here while you enjoy a coffee or lunch in the brasserie on the next floor up, or even a massage, facial, blowdry, mani, pedi… in the in-house spa.
