What Is Sound Therapy?

Sound therapy, also known as a sound bath, involves lying comfortably in a reclining position while a trained sound healer creates layered, resonant vibrations using ancient instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, bells, and percussion instruments.

These vibrations gently guide the body out of an stress-driven fight-or-flight response and into a deeply relaxed parasympathetic state. The experience is meditative, immersive, and nurturing, supporting both physical relaxation and energetic balance

Each session concludes with gentle guidance to bring you back to a state of heightened awareness, often accompanied by a short meditation to support continued wellbeing beyond the treatment.

Private One-on-One 60 mins - £150

A deeply personal and restorative sound bath experience, crafted just for you to encourage relaxation and alignment. 

Couples Session 60 mins - £270

A shared experience for two, complete with complimentary spa access, including steam room, sauna, cold plunge, and salt room for a full wellness journey. This session is designed to bring both individuals into harmony, helping you tune into the same frequency and fostering a sense of connecting through shared relaxation. 

Recommended Experience

For the ultimate restorative journey, we recommend beginning your experience in the steam room to open the pores, relax the respiratory system, and prepare the body for deeper healing. Continue with the sauna to release muscular tension and boost circulation, followed by a refreshing cold plunge to invigorate the body and sharpen the mind.

Before your sound therapy session, spend time in the salt room, allowing mineral-rich air to soothe the senses and encourage deep, grounding breaths. Finally, settle into a one-hour sound bath on our heated Dolomite crystal beds, where grounding crystal energy and resonant sound vibrations work together to align the body, calm the mind, and restore balance on every level.
