A 3-month programme is the best option if you are truly committed to achieving results and ready to work consistently together with me to get to the optimal state of your health.

We will work together to reduce 5 negative factors affecting your health – nutrient deficiencies, inflammatory diet, toxins, infections and stress. We will do this to boost 5 positive factors that will transform your well-being – healthy diet, supplements, exercise, rest and mindfulness.

After our initial consultation, we will have regular catch-ups to adjust the protocols and keep you on track, as compliance and continuity of care are very important in achieving the best results.

And to make it even easier, I will provide ongoing WhatsApp support to answer any urgent questions.

During your consultation I will access your physiological and nutritional imbalances to identify the underlying issues and your well-being goals. The protocol will include:

- Verbal wellness, lifestyle and nutrition advice

*Not suitable for complex chronic cases.

 Initial Consultation with Jenya 90 mins - £200

During your consultation, I will do a 360-degree evaluation of your health, addressing a variety of wellness goals including a healthy functioning digestive tract, better sleep, skin health, hormonal balance and fertility, immune health, energy and stamina. 

Everything in your body is connected and the cause of the problem is often more important than the symptoms. The protocol will include:

- Personalised herbal prescription (cost of herbs approximately GBP80 not included)

- Written summary of wellness and lifestyle recommendations

- Personalised food plan with recipes (if required)

- Diagnostic tests (if required will be requested from the functional laboratories at an additional price, results will be assessed at the follow-up consultation)

Follow-up Consultation with Jenya 45 mins - £150

45 minutes follow up consultation to review, access progress and formulate next steps. The follow-up protocol will include:

Culinary Consultation with Jenya 90 mins - £200

During the culinary consultation, Jenya will review macro and micronutrients, main food groups, culinary tools and techniques to boost nutritional value of your diet. You will also receive her e-book with nutritious and delicious recipes.

Homeopathic Initial Consultation 60 mins - £140

1x60 minutes homeopathy consultation with Jenya will seek to cure you on physical, mental and emotional level, and each treatment will be tailored to your individual needs.

Homeopathic Follow-up 45 mins - £100 

1x45 minutes homeopathic Follow-up consultation.
