Their brasserie - which is 100% vegan - features a creative menu of locally sourced, seasonal produce with an emphasis on sustainability, quality and service. Recently taken over by the UK’s largest vegan restaurant Erpingham House, I can personally recommend the chickpea taco (and Prosecco of course) - a delectable lunch before an afternoon of spiritual healing and relaxation.
